Shipping Locations
- We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- International shipping is not available at this time unless stated otherwise.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase.
- Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
Delays

Damaged or Lost Shipments

- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
