Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • International shipping is not available at this time unless stated otherwise.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase.
  • Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
